  Although staff is cheerful and friendly, this location is terrible for mobile orders. One person making drinks and three people chit-chatting amongst themselves or to customers. No one is checking to see if anybody has a mobile order, which they keep behind the counter. Is coffee theft that big of an issue? Just designate a separate section for mobile pickup.
  
  Anyways, and this is really for any retail business, if staff have downtime in one area, they should be able to flex their duties and help out in another.

  The Starbucks @ the corner of Walton & Squirrel recently moved earlier this week to the corner of University Drive and Squirrel Road. Now and at this location the speed of the internet wifi is unbelievably slow and connection and access to it is so problematic. The speed of its internet access and data transmission matches what I experienced in late 1980s and early 1990s. I like the new location & the double-door where a whoosh of cold air does not rush in each time someone opens the door or some mindless customer holds it open for 10 minute waiting for her friends to leave with her or come in.

  Great place to hang out with friends and family or just work away on your project. Complemented by a good coffee collection. The WiFi availability helps too.
