There was no line, the mall is really slow.. so I go to get pretzel nuggets from these two young kids, who are out of pretzel nuggets and only have one left (I asked for two). The girl says it'll be a six minute wait after asking the boy if he "feels like making nuggets." So the whole time when I was shopping near the area while they were slow, neither of them thought to utilize their downtown by restocking on things that were low. I also ordered a red icee, the boy didn't put the lid on correctly so while walking to my car it was spilling all over my hands. And on my way inside the house the lid completely came off and went all over my hands. It can't be THAT HARD to do a decent job at a pretzel place. Get a smarter staff!
